Dr. Chance C. Lewis is a board-certified pulmonary and critical care physician who joined Gwinnett Pulmonary & Sleep in 2023. He brings advanced training and a strong academic background in the management of complex pulmonary conditions and critically ill patients. Dr. Lewis completed his pulmonary and critical care fellowship at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, where he was selected as Chief Fellow, and his internal medicine residency at Carolinas Medical Center. He is actively involved in research and quality improvement initiatives, with a focus on improving patient outcomes in critical care settings. Known for his collaborative and patient-centered approach, Dr. Lewis is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
