Our services
Better Breathing.
Better Sleep.
One Trusted Team.
Because how you breathe — and how
you sleep — shapes how you live.
Our Story
Built on Expertise.
United by Care.
Gwinnett Pulmonary was founded in 1983 with a mission to bring advanced pulmonary care to the community. In 2003, Gwinnett Sleep was established to focus exclusively on diagnosing and treating sleep disorders with compassion and innovation.
As patient needs evolved, so did we. By uniting our pulmonary and sleep expertise under a shared vision, we created a more seamless care experience—one that recognizes how closely breathing and sleep health are connected.
Today, our integrated care model allows patients to move smoothly from diagnosis to treatment, with fewer appointments, clearer guidance, and better outcomes across pulmonary and sleep care.

GWINNETT PULMONARY
It often starts with a feeling — unexplained shortness of
breath, a lingering cough, or waking up exhausted —
and our role is to listen first and help uncover the answers.
Advanced Care,
Grounded in Compassion.
We use advanced diagnostics and proven treatments — but we never forget that results matter most when patients feel understood.
From pulmonary function testing and oxygen monitoring to sleep studies and therapy options, every recommendation is guided by one question:
What will help this patient feel better and live better?

Clear explanations, not rushed conclusions

Coordinated testing and faster answers

Treatment plans built around real life

A team that sees the full picture — not just one symptom
