Dr. Vosudesh K. Pai

Dr. Vosudesh Pai is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, and Sleep Medicine. He has been serving patients at Gwinnett Pulmonary Group since 2012, providing expert outpatient pulmonary care, hospital-based critical care, and comprehensive sleep medicine services.

Dr. Pai completed his medical degree at Osmania Medical College in India and went on to complete his Internal Medicine residency and Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.

His advanced training across three subspecialties allows him to manage complex lung diseases, critically ill patients, and sleep disorders with a thorough, evidence-based approach.

Prior to joining Gwinnett Pulmonary & Sleep, Dr. Pai held academic and clinical appointments, including Assistant Professor of Medicine at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (UMDNJ) and practicing physician roles in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

His academic background reflects his commitment to teaching, research, and staying at the forefront of evolving pulmonary and sleep medicine care.

Dr. Pai has presented research at national meetings, including the American College of Chest Physicians (CHEST) and the American Thoracic Society, and has contributed to studies in pulmonary hypertension, thromboembolic disease, ARDS, and sleep-disordered breathing.
